About these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Carson's Soft Wash Inc., a Florida for-profit corporation (Florida Division of Corporations document P24-000031342) with a principal place of business at 3501 Lazy Ln, Groveland, FL 34736 ('we', 'us', 'Carson's Soft Wash'). By using this website or by accepting a written quote from us, you agree to these terms.

Services and written quotes

All work performed by Carson's Soft Wash is governed by the written, itemized quote you accept before the job begins. Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, undisclosed sealer failure or hidden damage). We will communicate any change in scope or price before performing additional work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the areas to be serviced and to a working water source on the day of service. You are responsible for moving vehicles, securing pets, closing windows, and removing fragile items from the work area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Weather, equipment issues or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling; we will notify you promptly.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due on completion of the work. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may accrue reasonable collection costs to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Satisfaction guarantee and limitations of liability

We stand behind our work. If you report a quality concern within the warranty period stated on your invoice, we will return and address it at no additional charge. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, deterioration, or conditions disclosed before or discovered during service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Governing law and venue
