Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone who visits, indexes, fetches, scrapes, embeds or otherwise interacts with carsonssoftwashservices.com or any subdomain (the 'Site'). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use the Site to learn about our services, view our work, read our blog and FAQ, and contact Carson's Soft Wash Inc. about a project. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Prohibited activity

You agree NOT to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any related systems; (b) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach its security or authentication measures; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt to overload it; (d) transmit malware, spyware or any other malicious code; (e) use the Site to send spam, phishing or unlawful content; or (f) scrape, harvest or collect personal data of any third party from the Site.

Automated access, crawlers and APIs

Search engine crawlers and AI answer-engine crawlers are welcome on the Site and are explicitly permitted by robots.txt. We publish an llms.txt file at /llms.txt to support extractive answer-engine use. By using an automated agent you agree to: (i) identify yourself with a stable, accurate User-Agent string; (ii) honor robots.txt; (iii) respect a reasonable request rate; and (iv) attribute content to Carson's Soft Wash Inc. when used in derivative or generative outputs.

We do not provide a public API. Any commercial scraping of Site content, structured data, images or photographs for redistribution, resale, or training of commercial AI models is not permitted without an express written license from Carson's Soft Wash Inc.

Content and intellectual property

All Site content — text, photographs, before/after imagery, logos, graphics, schema markup, and source code — is owned by Carson's Soft Wash Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. See our Licensing page for the specific terms that govern reproduction, citation and reuse.

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates this policy, take technical measures to enforce it (including IP-level blocks via Cloudflare), and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Nothing in this policy waives any right or remedy available to us at law or in equity.
