Information we collect

When you request a quote, call, email or submit a form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need. We may also collect photos of the property in connection with a quote or completed job.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and the website itself may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages viewed. This data helps us keep the site secure, debug problems, and improve content.

If you submit our contact form, the form is provided by Markate, our customer relationship management vendor. Information submitted is transmitted to Markate to create a lead record we can act on.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality (e.g. remembering interactive widget state) and for understanding site performance. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies and we do not sell, rent, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

We use the information you provide to: prepare quotes, schedule and complete services, send you before/after photo reports and invoices, respond to questions, and follow up about your project. With your consent, we may also send service reminders or seasonal maintenance recommendations.

We do not use your information to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, and the Markate CRM — and only as needed to deliver our services, or when required by law (subpoena, court order, or government request).

Data retention and security

We retain customer records only as long as needed for business and tax purposes, and we take reasonable physical, administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.
